Angela Wray was brought up in rural Essex (inspiration for some of her short stories) and now lives with her husband in Cambridge after wanderings in Germany, France, Durham, London and other parts of Cambridgeshire.
Her career path has also been somewhat meandering and has included PA to the Senior Tutor of a Cambridge college, teacher of English as a foreign language, and (currently) selling property in France via a web-based company.
She has an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck College, University of London, and has written three novels and numerous short stories, as well as a comedy drama which she is hoping will one day be snapped up by Channel 4.
